Self-employed customers may need alternative forms of income verification, such as Notice of Assessment, an accountant’s letter, Business Activity Statements or business bank statements.
What fees are involved?
Finsure Loans Max has no annual fees on our loans, but there are other fees such as application fees, offset account fees, valuation fees, legal fees and discharge fees. Your broker can provide a detailed breakdown based on your loan.

How do I update my details?
To update your personal or contact details, call our friendly Customer Support Team at 1300 762 621. For security reasons, we may require some verification before making changes.
How will I be notified of a change to my interest rate and new repayment amount?
We’ll notify you via email of any changes to your interest rate and repayment amount, so please ensure your contact details are up to date. Notifications will be sent in advance of any changes.
I’m concerned about missing an upcoming repayment. Who can I speak to?
If you’re worried about a missed repayment, please email collections@finsureloansmax.com.au as soon as possible or call 1300 762 151. We’re here to help and may be able to offer temporary support or solutions.
If I want to change my loan, who can I talk to?
We always encourage our customers to speak with their broker about changes to their loan. If you are unable to contact your broker and need to speak with us directly, please call 1300 762 621.
Who do I contact to give feedback or make a complaint?
If you have a complaint, please contact our Complaints Officer by e-mail: complaints@finsureloansmax.com.au. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). External dispute resolution is a free service established to provide you with an independent mechanism to resolve specific complaints.
How do I access my redraw facility or offset account?
You can manage your redraw and offset accounts via our Customer Loan Portal or by contacting Customer Support Team at 1300 762 621 for assistance.
Can I request a loan variation or increase?
Yes, you can apply for a variation or increase on your loan. Contact our Customer Support Team at 1300 762 621 to discuss your request and required documentation.
